■Job Description
1) Understand the human resources required by the client company and find appropriate and talented candidates.
2) To help high-level personnel who work as middle managers and executives to change their jobs to non-Japanese companies and contribute to their career development.
3) To build a long-term relationship of trust between the client company and the candidate, and as a representative of both parties, to listen to their needs and provide the best human resource consulting services.
4) Contribute to the further development of the client company through recruitment.

■Qualifications
・Strong interest in recruiting.
・Strong interest in the global job market and the Japanese job market.
・Business level of English.
・Curious and positive, able to think logically and focus on results.
・Not shy using the telephone.
・Enjoy speaking with people.
・Strong communication skills, spoken and written.
・Able to work both in a team and independently.
・Graduation from a four-year university (either in Japan or overseas).
Preferred Skills / Experiences
· Corporate sales experience.
· Experience in inside sales.
