Since starting my career as a recruitment consultant, I have witnessed the changing landscape of the market through the evolution of companies and their people. The impact recruiting has on a company, especially a position of leadership, is far greater than many people imagine. No company is destined for success, it is the people and their impact on others that develops a winning culture. It is essential to have the right leaders at the right time in order to grow and prosper.
