William DeLorme

William DeLorme came to Japan in 2002 and established his career as a human resources consultant based in Tokyo. In the past almost 20 years, he was the leader of Japan’s top recruiting team for global Tech companies in the APAC region, and has demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional results in executive search. For his clients, William effectively offers an objective perspective on the talent market and how that will best match up with the needs of each company. For his candidates, he passionately advises how to expand the possibilities of their careers. Prior to coming to Japan, William worked for a global electronics manufacturing company. Born in Montreal, he is also fluent in French. William is now a permanent resident of Japan and his interests include traveling, history, Japanese hot springs and spending time with his daughter.
