Prior to joining Ryze, I worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of Nomura Securities Co. I was in charge of negotiations and deal promotion with investment funds and trading companies, and was involved in many global deals. Received a top award at the firm’s global training program held in Manhattan, Wall Street.

Holds an MPA from Peking University, graduating top of class with a full merit scholarship. Spearheaded international student initiatives and partnered with local governments on policy-related projects.Also completed an intensive business program at The Wharton School, graduating with Distinction, and organized investor events focused on the Japanese market.

With my international experience and strong execution skills, I am committed to helping companies recruit and individuals develop their careers.
