Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Recruitment Strategy
- Understand client business models, industry trends, and hiring needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with companies.
- Develop and implement recruitment solutions to address hiring challenges.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Expand business opportunities by developing new client partnerships.

Candidate Development & Career Consulting
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, competencies, and career aspirations.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from application to offer acceptance.
- Effectively communicate client value propositions to candidates.
- Build trust and credibility as a career consultant.
- Encourage candidates to make informed and strategic career decisions.
What We’re Looking For
| Minimum Qualifications | ・Strong interest in recruitment, career consulting, and executive search. ・Passion for global and Japanese job markets. ・Business-level English (Japanese proficiency is a plus). ・Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ・Confident in making phone calls and engaging with professionals. ・Logical thinker with a results-driven mindset. ・Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ・Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (Japan or overseas). |
