Initial Meeting
We meet with you to understand the role, required skills, and company culture. We then create a tailored search plan with a clear timeline and cost estimate.

Candidate Research
About 2 weeks
We use our extensive network and database to identify potential candidates in relevant industries and roles.

Contact Candidates
2 to 3 weeks
We screen 20 to 30 candidates to assess their skills and experience, keeping your company’s name confidential if needed. We then introduce you to 5 carefully selected finalists.

Interviews
3 to 4 weeks
We coordinate the interview process, which typically involves 4 to 5 meetings per finalist, and handle all scheduling.

Offer and Acceptance
About 1 week
We assist with negotiating the offer and securing the candidate’s acceptance. We also conduct reference checks and help the candidate manage their resignation.

06
Joining the Company
1 month from resignation
We support the candidate during their notice period, which is typically one month, to ensure a smooth handover from their previous job.

07
Aftercare
About 1 week
After the candidate starts, we follow up to ensure a successful transition into their new role.
