Naoya Atarashi

With 10 years of experience in executive search Naoya has placed executives ranging from Managing Directors, Heads of Departments, Sales and Engineering positions. His clients are global multinational corporations that are expanding their businesses to Japan. Naoya was the key member in projects to identify and recruit the entire founding leadership teams for several multinational companies establishing their subsidiaries in Japan. Naoya has expertise in the fields of factory, process, and logistics automation, Autonomous Driving, Industry 4.0 and IoT, where demand is growing worldwide. In order to introduce the best global talent that are well-versed in the Japanese market and capable of driving the company’s success in the country, Naoya’s process includes conducting thorough market research, followed by very detailed screening and interviews.
Prior to entering executive search, Naoya worked at a Mexican-capital glass manufacturer as a sales manager of vehicle glass to Japanese automobile manufacturers. Naoya has lived, studied, and worked in Japan and overseas. This international experience enables him to fully understand the challenges of global businesses and help them find success in Japan. 
After graduating from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, he moved to Mexico and returned to Japan where he now resides.
